Our Gulf Terrace condo is located in the center of Destin. We have 18 acres with a fresh water lake and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. One of three pools is located right next to our condo. Activities in the area such as Restaurants, amusements, shopping and golf are all within a 5 minute drive or walking distance. Gulf Terrace is a gated community, family oriented. We have a 10 acre fresh water lake on the property with a fishing bridge across the lake. The public beach access is about a 12 minute walk or a short 5 minute drive. Our condo is fully equipped with all the amenities of home and we keep it very clean for our guests.
