Loma Linda Executive Villa is located in the development of Loma Linda on Ronald Reagan Parkway (old CR 54). Loma Linda is 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all other attractions.
Our lovely villa is fully air conditioned/heated with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private heated pool and spa. The pool/spa area is fully screened along with a table, chairs, loungers with cushions and a smaller table for the younger guest. Also, has safety alarms on all doors leading to the pool/spa area. Intercom system with radio throughout villa including patio/pool area. Free local and long distance calls within the USA/Canada. Internet access is available.
Master Bedroom: Has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR/DVD player, clock radio, telephone with direct access to pool/spa area. En-suite with his/hers vanity, garden tub, walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
Bedroom #2: Has a queen size bed, cable TV/VCR/DVD player with direct access to pool/spa area.
Bedroom #3: Has a Disney Theme with 2 single beds, a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player with cable.
Bedroom #4: Has 2 single beds with cable TV/VCR/DVD player.
The family room has a pool view with direct access to pool/spa area. Cable TV/VCR/DVD player, a stereo with a cassette/CD player. Also, there is a large selection of DVD movies.
The formal living room features a queen size sofa sleeper.
The villa has a well equipped kitchen with a table, 4 chairs and 6 swivel chairs around the kitchen counter.
Dining Room features a table with 6 chairs.
The villa has a 2 car garage with a full size clothes washer and dryer.
The villa will sleep 8 to 10 guest comfortably, large enough for 2 families.

The villa is non-smoking, but for those who do smoke. Please smoke outside by pool area. Thank You!
Pets are welcome for a small fee. Please clean up after your pet including inside and outside.
