Built on one of many terraces of an old olive and orange tree grove, that surround it has pathways through the terraces and a stairway which leads to the private beach.

It is situated in an exclusive area surrounded by other villas and large estates. Enjoy your privacy, but also be less than an hour from downtown Athens. The villa has two bedrooms and an enormous great room, an over-sized wrap around veranda, antique marble slate floors, fireplace, sitting and dining room areas, kitchen, storage areas, set in terraced patio gardens. Available all year round. If you decide to leave your private beach, there is plenty to do both in Kineta and the surrounding areas. Tavernas, restaurants, sea food places, bakeries, artisan shops are all over. You are also a day trip away from most 'Must Do' Greek spots. Go to Ancient Corinth and the Spa town of Loutraki near by, Go beyond Ancient Corinth, meander through the Peloponnese's olive groves and vineyards of Nemea, or catch a Greek drama at Epidayros Theater, seek for King Agamemnon at Mycenae, ask the Oracle at Delphi, walk the stadium at Olympia, follow the path of Theseus into Athens less than an hour away, and ponder about philosophy and democracy in the Agora of Athens
