Arguably, the most beautiful neighborhood in Philadelphia is called "The Art Museum", named for proximity to the world-famous Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA). Running from Logan Square to the steps of PMA is the Ben Franklin Parkway, designed in homage to the Champs Elysee, where there are outdoor sculptures by Alexander Calder, Thomas Eakins and other great artists, as well as the Rodin Museum. Just past PMA is Boathouse Row, made famous by the international sculling regatta events on the Schuylkill River, and Fairmount Park -- one of the largest urban parks in the country featuring every imaginable form of recreation available to everyone. In the center of this amazing neighborhood is the condominium where you can stay in comfort and 24-hour security. The PMA is directly across the street from the building, including the beloved Rocky statue right next to the steps he ran up so triumphantly. In terms of dining, you are only steps from many restaurants and cafes - varied in style and cuisine. The condominium also offers on site pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant, cleaners, bank, hair salon, and travel agency. Also, the condominium features a free shuttle that runs Monday through Saturday throughout the day round trip to Center City, Philadelphia -- making a perfect jumping off point to go anywhere in Philadelphia. |
