Our villa is in an exclusive, private domain of 65 hectares (162 acres) overlooking the sea.
Residents (including our guests) have access to the 2 excellent tennis courts, a large park/playing field, extensive green spaces & a private beach.
The domain is very quiet, even in the middle of summer.
The villa itself is a splendid example of 19th century Victorian architecture and one of the most beautifully preserved Victorian villas in Hyeres.
It is listed in the Ministry of Culture’s “Inventory of Cultural Heritage” and can be found on the websites of the Ministry of Culture, Monuments of France and Gardens in France.
The private ground floor of our villa property has its own entrance, separate garden, and exclusive use of the large pool and surrounding garden, summer kitchen, etc. Our guests have a key to the tennis courts and to the private beach.
We have extensive green spaces on two sides of our property : it is a very special and rare environment.
The private beach is an easy 10-15 minutes walk downhill. It takes a bit longer to walk home but not much. This private beach offers you the possibility of swimming in the Mediterranean in the middle of summer with nobody, or only a handful of people, next to you.
