VACATIONERS:
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the listings on GreatFamilyRentals.comTM, property condition or owner character. It is the vacationer’s responsibility to ascertain the accuracy of each vacation rental they are interested in. We suggest vacationers obtain all rental terms and conditions in writing. Rates may change without notice.
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM is interested in feedback regarding vacationers' experience with vacation rental property owners and properties on our site. Please Contact Us to submit your feedback. We reserve the right to terminate suspect listings at our discretion.
OWNERS:
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM does not assume any responsibility for renters. It is the owner’s responsibility to ascertain the qualifications of prospective renters. We suggest owners provide all rental terms and conditions in writing.
LISTING CONTENT POLICY:
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM reserves the right to remove any vacation rental listing at our discretion and cancel owners' listing without notification, refund or credit. This policy has been established to create an optimum environment for listing family vacation rentals.
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM provides opportunities to include telephone numbers, web links and email addresses in listings. All of these must be approved, and in the correct location within the listing. Any other telephone numbers, web links or email addresses may be considered unacceptable and may be removed from owners' listings without notice.
Each listing may contain only one property. We will not approve multiple property listings.
As GreatFamilyRentals.comTM is designed for family vacation rental listings, all content must be family oriented, and may not contain any content determined as offensive by GreatFamilyRentals.comTM.
Following the submission of a listing to GreatFamilyRentals.comTM, said listing becomes copyrighted material of GreatFamilyRentals.comTM. Unauthorized copying or use of this or any content on this site is prohibited.
HANDLING VACATIONER INQUIRIES:
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM endeavors to eliminate any Unsolicited Commercial Email delivered to owners via our inquiry forms. As part of this commitment to our property owners, we reserve the right to monitor and remove offending inquiries before they are delivered to owners. While helpful, this methodology is not perfect. Please help us improve our detection systems by forwarding to us any Unsolicited Commercial Email you receive via our inquiry forms. UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL or SPAM:

These forms are delivered to GreatFamilyRentals.comTM and we immediately email owners. Unlike other listing sites, we do this to protect the security of your email address, and to monitor communications for unacceptable use of our Contact Owner forms.

LISTING CANCELLATION:
Owners may cancel a listing at any time. Please Contact Us. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, your listing will be removed within 10 business days. No refund or credit will be issued by GreatFamilyRentals.comTM in the case of cancellation.
LISTING TRANSFER:
Owners may transfer a listing at any time. Please Contact Us. You will need to provide us with the new owner’s contact information. We will contact the new owner and offer to continue the listing until the original listing’s expiration date, for a $20 transfer fee.
OTHER:
GreatFamilyRentals.comTM reserves the right to make changes to our site at any time, without notice.
